I don’t know about you, but there’s nothing better to me than coming home after a long day at the beach or pool and turning in for the night in a crisp and cool summery bed! It’s the little things in life, am I right? We spend so much time outside during the warmer months, that I don’t change our interiors that much. Just little things like a new summer sheet set can really freshen things up a bit.
I saw these Martha Stewart Collection Chambray Stripe and Solid Cotton Percale Sheet Sets at Macy’s and made a little update to our summer bedding. Aren’t they perfect for summer?
(Of course, my resident photo bomber was close by! We don’t mind though, right?!)
Patterned sheets are so fun to play with, I especially like the summer prints. The stripe set in coral is perfect for our space.
From a design perspective, I prefer white bedding. It’s so great for a polished look and easy to mix with different colors. So, mixing in a striped sheet set or pillowcase is a great way to add in pattern for a pop of color and interest. It keeps it so chic and refined.
Add in a great boudoir pillow and your look is complete!

I’m loving this update and the stripe comes in coral (as shown here) and aqua. Either would make for a great beach vibe! The coral set is perfect for our bedroom. It works so well with the black, gray, and white surroundings. Stripes are so classic, so these sets can work well with so many different styles too.
